2025 Quarter 4 Summary

A sprint is a short, focused development cycle in Scrum, designed to build and deliver usable software in a predictable rhythm, enabling fast feedback and continuous improvement.

At Juice Box Monkey Designs we run 2 week sprints with a reflection when completed. As well as an end of quarter reflection where we review these metrics from sprints.

An epic in Scrum is a large feature or initiative that spans multiple sprints and is broken down into smaller tickets. It helps structure the product backlog and connect detailed work to larger goals.

At Juice Box Monkey Designs tackle multiple epics per quarter, there has never been a quarter with less than 5 active epics being worked on.
